Excellent service and the product is fantastic. We wanted a good quality scooter that was going to stand the test of a 5 year old and it is still in one piece. Dad likes it as well that we can chage things as he gets older and wants faster wheels etc - we don't have to buy a different scooter. I like it because you can fold it down for storage as it rearely makes it to it's real home and tends to live in the porch so that he can go to school on it. Most of all the boy in question loves it :-)
