“It was very good few weeks ago...Not now!”

Well, we have been with Inmotion for while (over 4 years). Customer service was always great. But I got this gentleman on the phone (last call) that wasn't that great. I mean the problem was solve...But was a very stressful call...it seems that the guy want to hang up as soon as possible. I even mention to him to slow down a bit. It took me while to get the help with the chat room, then when I get this gentleman on the phone was stressful.

I hope that was just one case experience... I always like you guys and It will hurt me to transfers everything we had host with you. And trust me... I will do that.

I thought to not even mention this, but since your service always been great, maybe you should know about this experience.
