“Great Windows, but had to Pay for Scaffolding!”

I've had my windows for over 2 years now and am very pleased with them. I've not had any after-sales service apart from the calls about solar panelling!

The only gripe I have is I had to pay an extra £250 for scaffolding to be put up and taken down. it's a shame Crystal didn't fit out the cost for that. Overall good discounts given, and I even recommended them to my mate who has recently had their windows fitted by Crystal. Big thums up in comparison to Everest - who are an absolute joke price-wise.

The windows I chose are great big ones that open right out fully. As I live in an upstairs flat these are perfect as there's no access to the back of the house unless my neighbour downstairs is in to let a window cleaner through. But luckily for me - no window cleaning bills as I can do it myself :-)

The quality of the windows are superb and in comparison to some other windows I've seen these are well made and really solid. I get heat saving, massive noise reduction and they're so easy to clean.

Great, I would recommend these to anyone but try and really push your sales person for a good discount.
