“Friendly Helpful Service”

Having enquired about a Mark Todd de luxe bridle to be told that it was no longer stocked I asked about the plain version and the person I was talking to went away to have a look at one for me. She described it as best she could and so I orderd it and it was sent by courier. The day I was due to receive it i was also sent an email telling me that it would be arriveing and between what times i could expect to take delivery. It arrived with that time frame which was about an hour and a half so no lenthgy hanging about for a courer to turn up. When Irevceived it it was very well packaged and when I took it out of the packing it was as described. Even though it was not suitable for the horse it was for due to a lack of padding etc. when i phoned Discount Equestrrian to explain and to let them know that I was returning the item and why, they were perfectly pleasant and understanding with no hint of animosity. i was not made to feel guilty or time wasting; which with some companies is the case, they just informed me that it was fine and that as soon as the bridle was received they would credit my account accordingly.

I would have no hesitation in usingagain or reccomending Discount Equestrian to anyone. Their prices are competitive their service is good and they seem knowlegdable in what they are selling.
