“very bad service”

I rented a car through by Fastcarhote and when I arrived at the airport I had a big problem: the rental agency did not gave me the car because of the wrong conditions published on the Fastcarhire's website . This was a very big inconvenience for me!
When I got home I contacted the customer service of Fastcarhire, which was unable to answer my questions, until I have more than answered.
I paid in advance to secure a car that I was not delivered because of the site and I have not received my money back!
Now the staff of Fastcarhire still does not respond to my e-mail.
Very bad service!

Io ho noleggiato un'auto tramite il sito Fastcarhire e al mio arrivo in aeroporto ho avuto un grande problema: l'agenzia di noleggio non mi ha consegnato la macchina a causa delle condizioni errate pubblicate nel sito Fastcarhire. Questo per me è stato un grande disagio!
Quando sono tornata a casa ho contattato il centro clienti di Fastcarhire che non ha saputo rispondere alle mie domande, fino a quando non mi hanno più risposto.
Ho pagato in anticipo per bloccare un'auto che non mi hanno consegnato per colpa del sito e non ho ricevuto indietro i soldi!
Ad oggi lo staff di Fastcarhire continua a non rispondere alle mie e-mail.
Pessimo servizio
