“Very poor service”

I have had a terrible time with these guys. I bought a sixty pound unlock for an orange phone and Bly found out after five days that there would be a delay. This delay continued until I was finally told I would be given a refund or would have to continue to wait, I asked for a refund and then got a response email saying I would be refunded. Two weeks later and I am still waiting for my refund. I have tried to contact but apart from one response on Facebook have had very little joy. Do not work with these guys!!!!
