“Four weeks later - still no package....”

I ordered a dress from Topshop more than four weeks ago and it hasn't arrived.
I have tried many times to contact customer service - with no response - and finally got an email telling me they can't track the package with their shipping company and to check my local post office?!?
I will never shop with them again, and would NOT recommend to anyone else.
