“Poor Customer Service Maid2Clean Watford ”

We have used Maid2Clean Watford for a couple of years now. Like other reviewers, all is fine initially but when there is an issue, they are slow to respond and, in our case they have let us down completely. They promise to find replacement cleaners if there is an issue - not true and when our regular cleaner resigned from their company recently, we did not find out until our cleaner texted us to discuss returning the key, despite telling the company 2 weeks earlier. We then followed this up with them, but they then left us hanging for a few weeks whilst they continued to take their fee. We shouldn't have trusted them, but we thought that we had a relationship with them. Eventually the called to say that they couldn't find a replacement and we had a choice of either waiting 'for a few months' until they found someone or cancelling the contract, for which they would 'waive the notice period' how kind!! Very poor, so we are out of pocket and have been left high and dry.
