“Negative experience”

Paid for colour processing and pics on disc. 6 of the individual negatives had been cut through 'to fit in the machine'(no appology for this). Pictures on disc were half frames despite all the negatives being complete (except the cut through ones). Asda photo assistant no 1 was very insistant there was something wrong with the negatives despite me showing them 3 times that they were fine. I asked if the negatives could be realligned and put on disc again but told the machine would not do this. Nor when questioned could an individual print be made of a chosen negative because their machine could not do this. Eventually a 2nd photo assistant had one last look and agreed that the negatives were infact good but advised me to go to Jessops where they have the equipment to copy to a CD and print from a chosen individual negative. I would have been satisfied with an apology and my £3.00 back but this did not happen so, if you value your negatives I would take Asda's advice and try somewhere else.
