The kind of service that everyone comes to expect these days where you click a mouse button and the stuff arrives at your door. If I had to mention something I didn't like then I would have to say that it was the invoice which was emailed to me. I do a lot of comunication on my mobile and viewing text can be difficult at best, so I would suggest that you guys might be able to simplify your invoice and send maybe one or two for confimations.... not 3 and one containing a PDF - too much hassle to know that my item is on the way.
