This company supplements its revenue stream from renting cars, by fraudulently charging for "damage" which they invent on the spot. They claim not to speak English and insist that there is damage in Italian mixed with sign language, banking on you having to catch a flight, and not being able to do anything. Then they proceed to charge your card without authorization or signature.
