“A lot lot lot better than the banks!”

I've used HIFX in both the UK and Australia. I would say there customer service is the best I've come across in Australia and even pretty good by UK standards. I really haven't been able to fault HIFX at all, always happy to help you, service is always efficient. Exchange rate is always a lot better than the banks and also paypal. Would use this company over and over again.
