“Buyer Beware of High Service Fees”

Website was easy to use. Tickets purchased were reasonable. However, the service fee for the tickets was way out of line. I did speak with management and they reduced it by 50%, so with that in mind they did me a favor for sure as I had purchased 8 tickets with each one being charged $50.00. Ouch! All in all, I will only buy tickets from them again if the handling fee is within industry average.
