All fine when no problems, but 11 months after starter contract phone developed fault and so began an ongoing saga as yet to be resolved. Call centre are polite but do nothing to help. Action which is meant to be carried out is not effected, resulting in more expensive calls to customer services. So far I have spent £10 in 0845 calls to try to close my account as the contract has finished and get the promised compensation (£7.50!) but seems impossible. My bank is saying they can not stop any payments, so it seems I am at the mercy of tesco customer services. Wish I had never used them. Online chat is hopeless as they just tell you to phone the 0845 number. My advice is to avoid Tesco mobile at all costs.
