Just like any other lettings agent - do little and communication is poor.
Staff want to do things to suit themselves.
Communication is poor - have to chase for updates. They don't monitor the rent is being paid. When the rent was paid late by tenant, the agent didn't notice.
Provided place hasn't been left a mess at the end of the tenancy, they are happy (even if it obviously has not been cleaned (e.g. food still in the fridge and empty beer bottles).
They will attend to issues quickly enough - but they get the contractor at to fix at any cost to the landlord.
Not interested in complaints, and happy to take your money for nothing and complain about your attitude to them when you are not happy with their service.
