“Items are good quality but packaging was terrible.”

I ordered 100 mixed tee shirts for printing on, order was dispatched quickly and email updates were good. As I missed the delivery I had to pick up from the courier. When I got the box it was split on 2 sides and the tape holding the box shut had split. Some of the tee shirt (white) had fallen out of the split and got very dirty. Whilst I was happy with the quality Ii think the packaging for such a heavy box should be more substantial.
