“Bristol store terrible”

Reserve and collect does not work, ordered a 19" bike and received email, text and phone call saying bike was in stock, when I rang to confirm pick up was told there was a computer error and bike was not in stock at all, but the store hadn't bothered to ring me to tell me, I said I wanted the bike at the sale price and would order and pay on line and was told no don't do that it will muck up the system even more!!!! I asked when a bike would be available and they couldn't give a date other than it could be Thursday, next week or next month. Store never offered to find a bike they really just couldn't be bothered. Dreadful customer service, dreadful computer system, my advice go to another store.
