“Take your money, don't send item”

Ordering from Amazon is a total nightmare - starting with a terrible website and ending with them taking your money but then blocking your account and putting the order on hold unless you send them a bunch of IDs including passports and bank statements.

Calling customer service is a complete joke because they tell you nothing and ask you for everything and then still don't update you to let you know what is happening. Its so bad I just cancelled my order and will buy elsewhere.
