“Poor communication and continued billing ”

My debit card with which the account had been set up expired last year. There was no attempt to contact us except via email, which was not accessible. Although Streamline's Terms and Conditions state that the service will be terminated if payment is not received, they continued to ratchet up the bills, and to add insult to injury, included 4 monthly 'admin charge' invoices of £24. The total invoiced to us was over £130. They made no reasonable attempt to make contact. Why could they not have used the post when it was clear the email was not having any effect? All these questions were posed to Streamline and were responded to by referring to their T's and C's. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If I had known that they would have done this before I signed up, I would not have used this company.
