“Bad Customer Experience!”

Probably the worse online fashion company I have come across.
Marketed as high end fashion, expensive clothing.
First order of 2 items badly finished, hems undone, material poor quality.
Looked cheap after first wash, material nylony and bobbled.
Customer services rude, unhelpful, no calls back as promised, didn't answer emails.
Spoke to vague unintelligent girl who didn't even know who was in charge of her & each question was answered with "I don't know anything, I'm only here to take orders"! Spoke to various individuals who didn't seem to know who was head of customer services or what to do in event of a customer recieving faulty goods.
Eventually recieved Collect+ label after 3 weeks of constant calls, told to return items for exchange, one of which (a summer top) would be sent to me in over 2 months time at the end of November!!!
I decided to keep the items in the end and repair the stitching myself as I did not trust the staff of this company to issue a refund or exchange due to the bad customer service experience I recieved.
Will never shop with them again.
