“Go out and get a stock control system”

Your chances of taking advantage of any of the special offers are pretty low because Reserve and Collect doesn't work. The stock situation is claimed to be as at the close of business the previous day (bad enough in itself) but, in fact, it is even less frequently updated than that. I gave up in the end, since every store that showed the item as available was actually out of stock - although GO say thay'll contact me to discuss alternatives. Bait and switch?
