The only efficient part of the deal was the alacrity of taking the deposit. Delivery was on time, albeit incomplete and wrong parts it transpired.
The installation team consisted of one man. Customer complaints procedure efficiency is nonexistant. Speed of fitting is snails pace and the quality is that of a profficient DIY person. Our fitter had been pulled off one job to stsrt ours as the bath delivered to that job was wrong, he decided to take a wek off toeards the end of the fit - a phone call remedied that one.
Dolphin do NOT "take care of everything", quite the opposite. It was a stressfull experience and took 6.5 weeks from delivery to the unsatifactory completion.
Since the fit lots of people have voiced similar views as us. I would not recommend Dolphin to my worst enemy. Caveat Emptor
