“No aftersales service”

Grandson, 17, bought special 'Olympic' poloshirt exclusive to JD Sports. Blue collar dye ran into shirt and the material the collar is made of started fraying. Returned to shop but they will do nothing about it because he does not have the receipt. Never known a shop to have this policy which, in my opinion, is archaic. Will never use the shop again. As for Customer Service, there is none! Somewhat aggressive and most unhelpful.
