“Good company but a few faults”

I ordered a rabbit run from zooplus and it was shipped very quickly
I got emails telling me it was dispatched and money off my next order.
The man who delivered it was very pleasant talking about his own pets.
The run was good but much smaller than I expected, the wood on the door was split but didn`t cause any problems. It was easy to put up however with a clear set of instructions. I also had a problem with them spamming my email. But I feel the goods was well worth it.
So problems I had with zooplus
1. Don`t describe the item well enough on their website, and the pictures are rather misleading.
2. More care should be took when packaging up the item.
3. Spamming my email with information about their website that I`m not interested in (I think they should give customers an option to receive these or not)

A good product,good price, fast delivery, a nice website, good discounts, brilliant rewards system

I would order from this company again.
