“An Indian overcrowded bus is a treat compared to Wizziar!”

I have booked a flight from London to Budapest and on my arrival to Luton Airport I was welcomed by chaotic queues piling up in a very small waiting room, everyone is boarding to a different plane but no system was in place, nor enough staff to guide us, so most of us ended up standing in the wrong queue for wrong flights etc..
Then a member of staff picked me alongside with many other passengers to have our bag fit into the measurement. I did purchase my suitcase according to these measurements, and never in my life had any issues with it. Eventually, this particular member of staff made me wear many clothes out of my suitcase and made me look like a fool. My bag did indeed fit the measurements, however, she told me I need to wear the extra T-shirts I took out of the bag in front of all the other passengers. She didnt let me walk along holding these few T-shirts in my hand.
She was rude, unprofessional and made a fool out of me and other passengers before me as well.
Upon boarding the plane the steward stood by and watched us struggle with the bags - me being too short meant i could barely place my luggage above to the lockers. During the flight the cabin crew passed the trolley several times and the corridor is so small that I had my arm scratched and eventually my watch was scratched as well. Not once anyone apologized.
I do understand the low-cost airline policies and budget measures, however I have never in my life experienced such treatments and chaotic unorganized mass-crowds.
I'm a frequent flyer for many airlines due to the nature of my work, but this was the worst flight I have taken - the return flight was none better with a million people queuing for security, no staff around for guidance and rude wizzair ground staff.
As working with airlines as part of my job, I would never ever recommend your airline and will withstand wherever possible booking with you again - unless conditions improve.
