American Cancelled My Flight that I had paid for 2 months in advance, Also changed my return flight time. This would hav been ok had they ever notified me of the change. BUT NO! I had to sit at the airport for 5 hrs. waiting for a flight, had to change gates 3 times before boarding! Then plane left that flight 40 mins. late. The Customer Service is a disaster! Rude! think My time doesn't matter, And apartently Dont care of notifing passegers of any changes giving you rescheduleing choices! So NO! they dont need to be in the service industrie anymore! Let them go Belly up in the Bankrupcy court they no longer are needed if they dont give proper service!
