“Poor poor poor service”

My sensation screen replacement took over 3 weeks when it was claimed it would take 3 days or maybe even 24 hours. They clearly just didn't have the part in stock. Missed loads of important work through not having a phone. customer service was appaling on the phone and via email. no refund offered. phone is even damaged by them levering out the screen! i think this is amateur company pretending to be professional. NEVER use MBlue! Ever!
