I returned the Garden Groom within 30-day Free trial because it was sub-standard quality and essentially unused. They have not returned my payment AND I had to pay shipping to return it to them (additional $20.00).
If you attempt to communicate with "customer service" - you can expect only foreign speakers who pretend they don't understand English = NO help, none.
