“Perfect from beginning to end!”

From the first email to when Gerard from City Mini came to collect the car after my rental was over everything ran smoothly and perfectly. The customer service was excellent.

I contacted them on a Saturday morning and by the Saturday afternoon my Mini Roadster hire was booked. They dropped it off to me on Tuesday morning, arriving a little earlier than agreed (only a half hour) but that wasn't a problem. Gerard ran through the car with me and all the paperwork and was soon on his way leaving me with the fab little mini for 2 days.

The car was such fun to drive in and around town; handling well at all speeds and having the added bonus of fitting in to the smallest parking spaces. It was such fun to drive that I extended the hire for another day at the last minute and City Mini were more than happy to accommodate that request.

If I ever need to hire a car again City Mini will be the first place I go to! Can't recommend them highly enough!
