“Topshop online shop”

Delivery is slow, they promise that my delivery will be delivered not later than 15 Aug, but now is 20 Aug, still haven't received my order yet and the worst part is they never replied your email on any enquiries. Worst custormer service among all online shops, should be no customer service at all, as no one will gonna reply you.
