“Complete Chancers”

As per previous reviews - I sent the phone in the prepaid envelope, sent it in April, followed up 2 weeks later and was told it still had not arrived - "perhaps it got lost in the post" was the response I received. I wrote it off as a bad decision to even send it to them, in July I received a mail saying it was finally received but was now damaged and were only offering half the original price. As other reviewers if I was not satisfied they would send back my phone but would charge me for it, in early August I received my cheque which I then lodged, just got a letter from the bank today - cheque has bounced and the bank are now applying a 10 pound charge. Would not trust this company at all - absolute chancers
