It all started well and was happy with my deal. Customer services were very good. After a while I started having problems with the network and had trouble with getting a signal and calls dropping. I had great difficulty getting on the internet as it would not connect and was so slow. I found out that Tesco use 02 for their service, well I had been with 02 for 6 years before and this is why I left them, 02 over the past few years Europe have been forcing all mobile companies to cut down the ridiculous prices when abroad. This has had a knock on effect in the UK because they are simply not carrying out regular maintenance in the UK. They are just not spending the money. I have marked Tesco's down because I have spoken to them quite frequently over the past 18 months and got nowhere. I know their hands are tied as they are also victims of 02. It also makes me laugh when these companies talk about 4G coming into service, I don’t even get 3G with 02, the best I have had is 2G. I live in a large town and it makes me laugh when they tell me I should be getting a perfect signal. I can assure you I don’t. I am sorry I have left Tesco as it was a good deal at the time but the network was appalling. The rest of my family have also left.
