I have spent weeks trying to get a refund out of boohoo.Absolutely terrible customer services with no telephone number to directly talk to an adviser.They kept maintaining they had reimbursed me when they actually had taken another payment out of my account without my authority.Had to go to my bank to get that addressed and am still without my original refund.Absolutely criminal and shady.Will never,ever go near this company ever again.Save yourself a lot of stress and avoid them.
