“Pleased with flights”

I enjoyed my 2 long-haul, international flights with DELTA. I travelled from the UK to Guatemala in Central America, going from England to Atlanta, USA and then from Atlanta to Guatemala City. Upon my return, I flew from Guatemala City to Atlanta, USA, and then to Atlanta to Amsterdam in Europe, before flying from Amsterdam back to England.

These were long-haul, challenging flights as I was a very young woman travelling alone for the first time, and I feel that Delta made it an easier and comfortable experience. Right from the time of booking everything was made clear and I felt well-informed. I had to change my booking for my return flight home and it was all done very quickly, easily and with no hastle. Arranging the flight was easy to follow and I managed to get to the airport, check-in and board etc. all fine by myself.

Seats were comfortable, meals were decent and film selection good. Earphones, refresher wipes, snacks etc. were all available. The staff were all very friendly, both on the plane and in the airport and were helpful. Everything was very professional, neat and friendly. It was a very smooth 2 journeys overall.

I would use DELTA again.
