Bought my rimless specs from Metsuki about a year ago and recently the lens came away from frame of my specs. Sent back to Metsuki who reminded me that the lens was covered by guarantee, fixed glasses and sent back within a week. This was after really good service when I bought the specs in the first place. Thoroughly recommend this firm to anyone buying specs!
