Poor Service

I have never experienced such a rude and disinterested salesman in my life. Could not care less. No interest in customer service. Would give 0 stars if I could. I would rather pay more and use a decent company. From what I read on-line they sell poor quality goods as well (swords that snap etc).

Poor Quality, Diabolical Customer Service

A few members of my club have bought kit which has failed, the epees in particular became alarmingly bent on first use.

Personally, I made a large order, one item had not been delivered despite being charged for it, after months of unanswered emails I made a complaint via Paypal but SPF clearly know how to 'play the system' and I'm still missing the item/refund

Avoid!!

Didn't Get As Far As Ordering

Didn't get as far as ordering with Sword Price Fighters.

Had a simple email request.

Tried their online form twice, no reply.

Emailed the sales@ email account and a day later received a very unprofessional, impolite reply.

If that's the standard of the customer service, I'll be taking my custom elsewhere

A Palpable Hit...

I found their website, was very impressed by the prices and sent off an E-mail to ask a question about method of payment.

This enquiry was prior to my buying anything. I received no reply. Ominous...

I then telephoned to ask my questions. I was well received, was well advised and subsequently, indeed cosequently, placed an order.

My order was delivered three days later to my address in Belgium. I was very impressed yet again.

The quality of the weapons is more than acceptable: the quality of the épée masks is excellent.

I shall be using S.P.F again in the near future.

It is unfortunate that disappointment tends to easy generation of malcontent, whereas satisfaction resulting from good service rarely evokes reaction.

I Wanted To Buy A Cheap Jacket To Start Of My Prop

I wanted to buy a cheap jacket to start of my proper fencing kit with the aim of trying to loose some weight and pick up better jacket in a few months time. I placed my order for a left handed jacket paid my money. I waited for 6 days before getting a little worried that i'd missed something So i dropped them a quick email (i'd also ordered a Leon Paul Mask and this has arrived on day 2),day 7 and 8 came and went and still nothing and no response to my email day 9 came and I I thought something not right, during this time i'd also had to attend 2 classes without a jacket and borrow a friends. Day 10 came and I'd had enough I tried to contact the number from the web site after attempts 5 over the day someone picked up the phone with a simple "hello" not what I expected at all I asked if that was the company and they said yes so I explained my issue. After a few moments of silence he confirmed my order was there but they didn't have my jacket in stock and it could be the middle of next week before another order came in but then it could actually be another 2 weeks or so. At this point i've asked for my money back so I can go an buy one tomorrow. I wanted a jacket now not in 3 - 4 weeks. Get your kit from a reputable company they didn't even bother to contact me to say it's not in stock and you can still buy the item right now even though it could be a few weeks before you actually get it.

Delivery Service Is Good. Products Ok For The Mon

Delivery service is good. Products OK for the money unless you have a problem, with anything you've bought. I have bought from them before and been satisfied, however after having a problem with some faulty breeches not sure I'd use them again. Wore the breeches only 6 times before they started falling to pieces. Tried contacting suppliers several times with no luck. The phone number I was given is disconnected!I guess it all boils down to the old adage that you get what you pay for. :( Wish I'd stumped up the cash for Leon Paul in the first place!

Brought Some Kit - Wrong Sizes. Was Told I Had To

Brought some kit - wrong sizes. Was told I had to buy the new sizes and return the other and would be refunded.

Duly sent and still no refund. Emailed and phoned a number times without success.

I would recommnd spend a bit more and get it from a more reputable and better company.

My club will not be ordering equipment from them again.

Would definately not recommend - the quality of this equipment is so poor and i had the worst experience with the customer service, DO NOT goto these cheap importers. The man is VERY rude you deal with when you have a problem - he was nice as first and then went sour.

I Ordered Breeches, Jacket, Lame, Foil, Body Wires

I ordered breeches, jacket, lame, foil, body wires and socks.

One pair of socks was missed off the parcel, but upon emailing them they were swiftly sent.

However on using the breeches for the first time they developed a problem, I've emailed them twice and weeks later still no reply, not even an acknowledgement.

The jacket is very heavy but for the price is ok, socks have a big red logo at the back. Breeches really uncomfortable (and now broken).

I finally got a response from them, apparently they had issues with internet connection hence a huge backlog.

They stated they had some problems with overstitching of some garments, leading to the issue experience by myself and apparently others. Asked for some pics of the damage, and gave me no-quibble refund.

Took a while but they did get back to me. Thank you :-)
