I ordered mam soothers from this place BIG MISTAKE!!! They took ages to arrive then turned up in the wrong colour and the wrong design. So I posted them back strait away only to read on my receipt. No postage return and minus 15% of price so I contacted good old PP only to be told to get a tracking number (bit late as already posted)I did get proof of postage with a tracking number but this is no good as it does NOT tell you if delivered. Now I have no soothers and no refund. This place is a complete sham...word of advice stay away. They are ignorant and you will be out of pocket.
