For various reasons, I had neglected my 4uhosting account and my website had gone offline due to non-payment of invoice.

After about a year of not needing the website, It just so happened that I needed it once more. I couldn't find any personal backups I had taken of the website contents and thought I would have to start from scratch.

I opened a ticket with the helpdesk explaining that I would like to reinstate the website services if possible.

Within 2 hours I had my old website back up and running. Unbelievable.
Fantastic customer service.
