I was very happy to hear that I could get an unlock code for free. At first, they provided me with lots of codes but unfortunately, they did not work. A simple email regarding my incorrect codes to the Support Team and I got my new, working code in just under 24 hours. Very happy with the service. Very simple to use. Happily using a Blackberry now.
