“Great after sales service ”

I bought a Ventura Protour Sora compact when the bike arrived it was well packed but there was a few small issues with the set up .. straight away I was autherised to get this sorted by a third party if needed!

the bike has been great until recently when my shifter/brake lever packed up .. one phone call and it was replaced.

Ok i had to also replace the bar tape but i was planning to do that anyway!

I have now started my own online shop and hope of offer such a decent service
