“Lost money, lost time - horrible experience”

A few months after I paid them for the tickets, they sent me an email informing that one of flights was cancelled. OK, they proposed refund (after at least 6 months of waiting!) --or-- flight plan change. I agreed. Yesterday it occurred that they wrongly re-booked the flight to ridiculous term. They gave me MINUS (!) 20 hours for transfer. Obviously that was their mistake - instead of proposed July, 30th some poorly paid emploee selected July, 29th.

- no answer, no -any- response from them
- no chance to get the money back
- no more 'PLEASURE' with Bravofly
