Purchased 2 pairs of shoes 4 weeks ago which were sent to an incorrect address. I had a home visit from a manager at the courier company, DX delivery company who confirmed they have delivered my items to the wrong address...despite me giving all this information to Boohoo 3 weeks ago including emails from DX confirming the situation I am still waiting for my refund from Boohoo as I have now purchased shoes elsewhere...received an email from Boohoo today stating that they are about to commence an investigation and that it would take a further 14 days to respond!! Please be careful about using this company, its hardly surprising they do not have a published contact telephone number for customer services...the lines would never stop ringing, POTENTIAL BUYERS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
