I can't begin to tell everyone how much I HATE Dorothy Perkins. I ordered a dress 3 weeks ago (international) and it still has not arrived!!

I've called Customer Service twice and emailed the webstie SIX TIMES and no one has gotten back to me! They say they can't track my order?! With the technology these days that is a LIE. They keep telling me to wait longer for my order and hopefully it will come. I will be going to my bank to tell them to dispute this payment because at this rate I will NEVER get my items I ordered.

There is NO WAY this company should still be in business with how bad their customer service and website are.
