“Terrible Customer Service”

I placed an order for a LT Security DVR on Wednesday the 11th of July expecting to receive it my the 18th at the latest. Opentip waited until Monday to process the order. By that time I was forced to spend an additional $27 to upgrade to UPS 2 day shipping because I needed the DVR on the 18th. Opentip waited until the next day to actually ship my product therefor delaying its arrival until the 19th.

I would not recommend purchasing anything from them.
