“Opened account without fuss”

After checking online that I need my son's birth certificate and my ID, I went to the local reading branch without any appointment.

I got to an advisor immediately and after checking my details (existing customer) advisor took the birth certificate and my ID. That is good enough as the child do not need to show second proof of ID. They select some options on system which says 2nd proof is not required. I am the signatory and introducer of the account. Within 20 minutes, all form filling is done and I am out with account opening letter.
