“Good price, bad delivery service, website stock not...”

I bought a bike and lock for a really good price, I selected 24 hour delivery and paid for this, the following day the bike arrived but no lock, rang them up, they said they would send lock over for next day.. lock never arrived, rang them up, they said lock was out of stock..geeesh.. now trying to get a refund on the lock.

the bike has no instructions manual whatsoever, the brakes needs adjustment, possibly bleeding out.. so will have to get this serviced in local bike shop.

I only gave three stars because of the price I paid for the bike, but the service has been poor, and their website is not updated with stock levels, so you really dont know what they have in stock?
