“Where's my mattress????”

Next day delivery.....FREE!!!! Fantastic! All you have to do is put your life on hold for twelve hours and stay in from 7a.m. till 7p.m. On the face of it not a good deal. As we all know, it's not free it's built in to the cost of the mattress. Imagine though, you have stayed in all day and your order dosen't arrive!! Now you're really p....d off. You ring Tuffnells (the delivery experts) who say "what Mattress??? so now you're not just really p....d off you're really really p....d off!!! In fact you're so p....d off you leave really bad feed back. Of course you could ring cosy, as I did but you will just talk to an automated pass the buck machine.
