“Useless Hosting”

I have been constantly battling with them now for over 5 months, their servers are rubbish and we are constantly losing emails, we are constantly not able to send and receive emails virtually every evening, their tech support at live chat is hopeless. We are constantly receiving send receive errors, we suffer this on different clients in different locations on different internet providers and they try to tell me it is all because my ip address is locked out of their firewall, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, I WOULD SCORE THEM "0" IF I HAD A CHANCE TO DO SO.

If you value yopur company do not use this hosting service. GO ELSEWHERE.
