“Rubish Customer Service”

Well where do I start?! The order from ONECLICKTOYS.COM I made seemed like a bargain, delivery free and 1-2 days!


Delivery is only free under a certain weight so they email you a few days later to tell you that they need another £7.99 from you..that is after you have rung them several times to find out when you are going to receive your item...excuses range from manufacturer flooded, having problems sourcing the item..They then tell you that they had a listing error THREE weeks after having your money, and they only tell you this after you have contacted them yet again...okay, they do have your item in stock but since they made a mistake, they want another £200 from you for your to actually get the item you ordered.

Ok, so all trust has been lost, you want a refund since they're rubbish, I paid by paypal so they got my money instantly, refund should be instant yes? No, they will pass it over to their refund department and two days later you will receive an email telling you that it is being processed and will take 3-5 days.

Had my money for 4 weeks then, hope you enjoy the interest you made on it!

Never ever again.
