We use LCN to host our E-commerce site. There is far to many problems with them.
Service is terrible with promised calls from a senior manager that do not happen.
Currently my site is down and has been down since last night. They have promised me it will be sorted within three days.... this is laughable for routine maintenance that was scheduled to be 9 hours.
I have had no offer of compensation throughout this process and when mentioned compensation was almost laughed at.
I will be moving my site to a host that wants to provide the service they sell you.
